Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

We currently ship to multiple international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and selected other regions.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • Canada / Australia: 7–10 business days
  • Other Regions: 10–15 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Time

3. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within our supported regions.

All shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Winekk operates as an international e-commerce retailer.

To ensure efficient delivery, orders may be fulfilled through authorized fulfillment partners and logistics facilities located in different regions, depending on product availability and shipping destination.

👉 Regardless of the shipping origin, Winekk remains fully responsible for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support.

5. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system
  • Delivery is handled by reputable carriers such as USPS, Royal Mail, or equivalent local services

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or redirected

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

For U.S. customers:
Orders under USD $800 are generally not subject to import duties (subject to current regulations).

8. Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions

If your order has not been delivered within 25 business days, please contact us.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
